The Role
The Administration Officers support the Governance and Corporate Business team with the coordination of performance planning and reporting, coordinating and monitoring risk and strategic security business and across Joint Health Command (JHC). These roles also ensure quality performance and assurance of Joint Health Command parliamentary business and committee activities.
Some of the duties may include;

  • Manage a variety of reporting requirements, including enterprise risk, enterprise performance and planning and strategic security business, and coordination of audit activities.
  • Establish and maintain systems that measure quality performance and compliance against established standards.
  • Take the initiative to identify risks and issues and recommend courses of action.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Joint Capabilities Group and Defence.
  • Support Commander Joint Health with internal and external committee management.

About our Team
The Directorate of Governance and Corporate Business is a high tempo environment responsible for direct support to the Joint Health Command Executive Team. The team provides a governance and business role for corporate and strategic reporting functions, knowledge management, and the management of parliamentary business and various committees and boards. These engagements occur across the Command as well as with external stakeholders including other government departments and agencies.

  • Provide support in managing a variety of reporting requirements, including enterprise risk, enterprise performance and planning and strategic security business, and coordination of audit activities.
  • Ensure relevant Standard Operating Procedures are in place that enhance the business support of JHC and its effectiveness.
  • Ensure quality performance and assurance of JHC parliamentary business and committee activities.
